It's just not connecting together when guy hitting a lot but at the same time he moving his mouse like he can't control it or don't understand how projectiles works or how enemy moves. But his roket end up landing on raisy's back because he shoot before he moved mouse. It's like he is trying to shoot roket at that wall on his right side to prevent raisy from getting to his ground. When strongsage shoot his first roket he making so big move of his mouse like he is expecting raisy to push forward. I guess this is what raisy is talking about.
